Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Ray has spent the past 5 years living in the Simi Valley area. It has helped him get well-acquainted with his farming grounds. You’ll often find him working in Chatsworth, Porter Ranch, Palmdale, Lancaster, and Moorpark as well with that unshakable smile on his face. Ray got an early start investing in real estate through home flipping efforts. He quickly developed a firm understanding of the lending side, but hadn’t considered becoming a licensed agent until a chance discussion with a friend who was working as an agent. Recognizing Ray’s reliability, energy, and transparency, he suggested that he pursue his license. Ray not only succeeded with flying colors, but also enjoyed every step along the way.
Ray is also passionate about a foundation that he’s starting in the name of his beloved dog who passed away. This foundation will help raise funds for families who can’t afford the medical expenses accrued by their pets. When not demonstrating the lengths that quick thinking and a positive attitude can go in real estate, Ray loves hitting the gym, going for long drives, and helping others in need.

Born in Guatemala, Jose moved to the U.S. at the age of 12. Growing up around the San Fernando Valley and Palmdale, he quickly picked up an understanding of the diversity of the Greater Los Angeles area and its multitude of housing markets.
